		<description>Great post Julie. I started following your site after a Scott Myers plug a week ago, thanks for all the shared insight, I&#039;ve got some catching up to do.

This topic just came up with me.  I finished 120 pages of fun, but not nearly enough outlining and preparation in regards to character developments was done before I started writing it. I was just so eager to write!  So that story is getting a  breather, but this next one is not going to see any FADE INs until I outline and Idea Test the crap out of it!
